Six Engagements, each written the same way.

Every Engagement had a Sponsor, a scope and an outcome that was not mine to choose. Each one is written as a Case Study following the same five sections in the same order — The Situation, What I Did, What Changed, What I Learned, Where Else This Applies — so that two of them can be read against each other, and so that What I Learned reads as a method rather than an excuse.

Exhibit 1 Every quadrant holds an Engagement: work assigned by a Sponsor and work I set myself, analysis and working tools

Source: published; the same six Engagements as the cards below, each placed by the scope and output its Case Study states. Nothing is withheld. A quadrant is a category, not a score: nearness to a corner, or to another mark, means nothing.

All six Case Studies are published, and each card links to one. Case Studies are written one at a time, so an Engagement is listed here from the moment it exists and its card is linked only once its page does — a link to a page that is not there yet is worse than no link.
